According to a survey by the UK's Textile Services Association (TSA), included in a guide produced with UKHospitality in 2023, only 10% of rental linen is rejected because of wear, while around 40% goes missing from the process. The guide's advice on lost or stolen linen is to lock the linen room and know your stock levels.
