• To process sales, delivery, installation, maintenance, warranty support, and spare-part support.
• To manage customer relationships, service records, after-sales support, and service quality improvement.

7A. Chat Channels and AI Assistant

When you message our LINE Official Account or our Facebook Page in Messenger, we receive your message, the name and ID that LINE or Meta give us for your account, and any details you choose to share, such as your company, location, machine model or photos. An AI assistant answers product, spare-part and service questions on our behalf, using our product catalog and service records. To write an answer, the text of your message is sent to our AI service provider (currently Anthropic, PBC, in the United States), which processes it for us and does not use it to train its models. When you ask for a quotation, a site survey or service, a summary of the conversation is passed to our sales or service staff so they can contact you. Our staff can also reply to you in person in the same chat.

Deleting your chat data

To have your chat history and the details we stored from LINE or Messenger deleted, email marketing@khtcs.com with the subject "Delete my chat data" and the name shown on your LINE or Facebook account (a screenshot of the chat helps us find it). We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email, except for records we must keep by law, such as quotations and invoices.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access, obtain a copy, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, or lodge a complaint with the relevant authority.

9. Security Measures

We use appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including access control, controlled data storage, and security review where appropriate.
