Grease once a month, 2 strokes is enough, don't overfill

🔧 How often should washer bearings be greased, and how many strokes?
For hotels, hospitals and factories that run their washers every day, the cylinder bearings and seals need servicing on schedule. The IMAGE Laundry Systems washer manuals that specify the number of strokes recommend the following:
1. Do it every month or every 200 operating hours, and switch off the machine's power first
2. Grease the bearings and seals, pumping slowly and steadily
3. Give the bearing fitting 2 strokes and the seal fitting 1 stroke
4. Never mix different types of grease
5. If grease is pushed out of the bearing housing, stop greasing
The manual states that over-greasing damages the bearings and seals. For models whose manual doesn't specify the number of strokes, follow the machine's manual.
