Is your chemical pump mounted above or below the washer? 💧
IMAGE washer manuals are clear about where external chemical pumps should be installed. Laundry operators should check the following:
1. Mount the pump below the point where chemicals are injected into the washer
2. Run all tubing below the injection point as well
3. Don't rely on a loop in the tubing to stop drips; the manual states that loops do not stop dripping
4. Concentrated chemicals siphoned into the machine damage the stainless steel
5. If your machine's details differ from these, follow its manual
If this is ignored, the manual states that damage caused by concentrated chemicals siphoning into the machine is not covered by the warranty.
