Dryers have a load capacity too: weigh dry linen before drying

13.6 kg is the dry-weight capacity of the IMAGE DE 30 dryer 📏
Like washers, dryers have a rated load capacity. But is that capacity based on dry or wet weight?
The manual for IMAGE DE 30, DE 50 and DE 75 dryers gives the maximum capacity as dry linen weight: 13.6 kg, 23 kg and 34 kg respectively. The same manual states that overloading causes excessively long drying times, wrinkled linen and wear on the cylinder bearings. So before drying, check that each load does not exceed the capacity of that model. For other models, follow that model's manual directly.
For questions about using the dryers in your own laundry, the KHT team is happy to advise.
