Cycle done but the door won't open? It may not be a fault

The wash has finished but the door still won't open. Does that mean the machine is broken? 🔒
Not necessarily. According to the IMAGE Laundry Systems washer manual, at the end of a program the machine displays a message to wait and sounds an alert. The door can only be opened once the water level is below 3 cm and the temperature is below 40 °C. If these conditions are not yet met, the display shows the value that hasn't passed and the door stays locked.
So if the door won't open after a wash, check the message and values on the display first.
