Washer filling slowly, or showing a water-level-not-reached alarm? What should you check first? 💧

IMAGE washer-extractor manuals state that the machine can still run on low water pressure, but it will fill slowly and may report that the water level was not reached within the set time. Check the following:

1. Water pressure: the manual gives a suitable range of about 2-6 bar; below this the machine still works but fills slowly
2. The strainer on the inlet: the manual calls for it to keep rust out of the solenoid valves, and to be cleaned at the maintenance intervals given in the manual
3. Inlet hoses: the manual says to hang them in a large loop, without kinks
4. When the machine reports that the water level was not reached, the manual lists low or no water pressure as one cause, along with a fault in the water inlet, so check the water pressure and inlet first

Cleaning intervals and troubleshooting steps vary by model, so follow the machine's manual.
