🔥 After the last ironing of the day, how far should the ironer cool down before you press stop?

According to IMAGE's manual, the answer is 70 °C. In the heated-cylinder ironer manual, the end-of-day shutdown procedure says to turn off the heating first, let the machine cool to 70 °C (158 °F), and only then press stop. The Thai-language edition of the manual adds that the steam or gas valve must always be fully closed after use. The manual gives this figure for heated-cylinder ironers; for other models, follow that machine's manual.
